PATTI SHOOK
CORPUS CHRISTI OFFICE

Patti has lived in the Corpus Christi area for most of her life, and has worked in production agriculture for over 18 years. Patti has a pretty good understanding of baseball (fanatic sort) and football, and does not mind a lot of fishing and camping. These also fit right in line with her other hobbies of photography, cooking, reading and the like. Patti has raised a son (Brandon, who has recently married a young lady from the Shallowater area. Her name is Krista) and daughter (Brittany, who is currently attending TAMUCC). Patti has been active in various community efforts and looking forward to being more active within the Ag community of sorts.

Prior to her current position, Patti worked at Wilbur-Ellis in Taft, Texas doing various duties such as billing, shipping, inventory control and etc… Before that, Patti had spent a number of years at Smith Gin Co-op (Odem and Robstown) and with Coastal Bend Gin in Corpus Christi.

Patti joined Southwest Agribusiness Consulting for the purpose of assisting with our cotton program. She oversees all logistical aspects of our cotton program, making sure that all aspects of cash contracts are successfully completed. This includes obtaining acreage and yield updates from producers, organizing producer payment terms, and ensuring that contracted cotton makes it through the delivery and payment process in a timely manner. Her long term history with the local Ag community is a tremendous asset to our program.
